Changing Steam password is very simple. Launch the Steam application and follow the following actions:

Click a small pair button in the upper left corner of the screen and select settings . This will cause a small window settings menu. In this menu, select account and then change the password... option. If you need a larger screen, go to the same window menu and select View account information instead in the upper right corner. Then look under security of the account and select Change your password *.

How often can you change the Steam password?

No technical restrictions on how often you can change your password on Steam, although it is possible that your account can be marked as suspicious if you change it again and again.
