Bobic Exclusive: It is located on Dardai, how long he is coach

My order is to change things. But that takes time. That was not different in Frankfurt in 2016, says the 49-year-old Bobic in the Bobic Interview. It s about creating a new culture to develop a certain self-confidence, sharpness also in action how to achieve goals - and to inspire employees to go to their performance limits: everyone in their area.

After two years highly disappointing for Hertha, Bobic, who Antrat as Managing Director Sport on June 1, to plant a new thinking and other structures and increase the likelihood of sporting success. We are just about to stop a new development, emphasizes the European champion of 1996. This does not work with finger snow, that takes time.

Bobic divided season start into three phases

The changeable start of the season - after three defeats followed two wins and on Saturday the 0: 6-Fiasko at RB Leipzig \ - rated Bobic differentiated: The first three games were annoying, you do not have to lose all. Then two victories came against newcomers - Two games you need to win. In Leipzig you have very clearly seen that we are not so consolidated as hoped. We have to work intensively.

This falls in the area of responsibility of coach Pal Dardai, who with his team after the 0: 5 at FC Bayern in Leipzig experienced the second debacle within four weeks. The Hungar, who played together with Bobic between 2003 and 2005 for Hertha, had publicly explained after the Munich game at the end of August: I m not hanging on my seat, I m helping straight. Probably Hertha BSC has been looking for a big coach for a long time. is a small, nice coach. Bobic had called the head coach in a clarifying conversation under four eyes to the Räson and criticized him publicly.

Bobic knows only a criterion: It s about the work that makes someone

In the Bobic interview, Bobic now emphasizes: I told him personally, and I say it now also publicly: It lies to Pal Dardai himself, how long he is coach. It is always at work that someone makes. That Dardai would like to have seen the squad in the summer fully and equipped with another wing player, is part of the business for Bobic. Such wishes are normal for a coach and the same everywhere, says Managing Director Sport. PAL was taken from the beginning in each process. And that the squad was not complete before 31 August, unfortunately in these times is normal: Welcome to the Corona pandemic and in 2021!
