The VfL Bochum has committed striker Sebastian Polter. The 30-year-old changes free-shipping from the Dutch first division Fortuna Sittard to the newcomer and signs a contract until 2023. That was the Bochumer on Friday.

For Sittard, Polter achieved nine hits last season in 32 games, before that he had launched Union Berlin for Bochums League.
With the Köpenickern he succeeded in 2019 the promotion to the Bundesliga. He also had denied for the VfL Wolfsburg, the 1.FC Nuremberg and Mainz 05 first league games.
"Sebastian Polter brings a new component into our game due to his stature and athletics, he is physically strong and knows how to use his body accordingly," said VfL Managing Director Sport Sebastian Schindzielorz.

Polter himself is "proud that I may play for such a club - and in Germany's highest league," he is quoted in the club message.
